Terms of service

Effective date: 20 May 2025

1. Eligibility
Participants must be at least 18 years of age or have written parental/guardian consent if younger. Participants must meet any visa, health, and insurance requirements for program destinations.

2. Enrollment & Payments
Enrollment is complete only after acceptance into a Program and receipt of the required deposit. All fees must be paid according to the payment schedule provided at enrollment. Deposits are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

3. Participant Responsibilities
By joining a Program, you agree to:
- Abide by all local laws and customs.
- Treat others respectfully.
- Maintain insurance coverage.
- Provide accurate health and travel documents.

4. Health & Safety
Participation requires disclosure of any medical conditions or dietary needs. We reserve the right to deny participation if health or safety risks are identified. The Company may adjust itineraries or accommodations for safety reasons.

5. Travel & Logistics
Participants are responsible for obtaining passports, visas, vaccinations, and travel documents. The Company is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by external factors.

6. Refunds & Cancellations
Cancellations by participants must be submitted in writing. Refunds follow the refund policy at enrollment. If the Company cancels a Program, participants will be offered a full refund or credit.

7. Code of Conduct
Prohibited conduct includes: illegal activity, harassment, discrimination, excessive alcohol use, or disruptive behavior. Violation may result in dismissal without refund.

8. Intellectual Property
All materials, curriculum, and content provided remain the Company’s intellectual property. Participants may not use such materials for commercial purposes without consent.

9. Limitation of Liability
The Company is not liable for injury, loss, damage, or expense arising from participation, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, staff, and affiliates from claims or expenses resulting from your actions or violations of these Terms.

11. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction]. Disputes will be resolved in its courts.

13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance.
